Terms of Service
1. Agreement to terms
By purchasing or using an AriKap.am eSIM you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service. These terms apply to every plan bought through our website or app.
2. Eligibility & devices
AriKap.am eSIMs require an eSIM-compatible, carrier-unlocked device. It is your responsibility to confirm your device supports eSIM before purchase. We cannot refund plans that fail to activate due to an incompatible or locked device.
3. Plans & validity
Each plan includes a set data allowance and validity period. Validity begins when the eSIM first connects to a network in the destination region. Unused data does not roll over and expires at the end of the validity period.
4. Payment
Prices can be displayed in Armenian drams (AMD) or US dollars (USD); USD amounts are indicative and all payments are charged in AMD at checkout. AriKap.am does not store your full payment details; transactions are handled by our PCI-compliant payment partners.
5. Refunds
You can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase if you have not installed the eSIM, or at any point during your trip if the eSIM fails to connect in your destination. Used data, expired plans, and incompatible or carrier-locked devices are not refundable. See our Refund Policy for the full details.
6. Acceptable use
Data plans are for personal use. Reselling, tethering abuse, or use that violates local laws or network fair-use policies may result in suspension without refund.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of AriKap.am after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
